ACM is based in the State of Florida and operates as a limited partnership of financiers with over 60 years of combined experience in Corporate and Investment Management, Takeovers, Mergers, & Acquisitions, Start-Ups, as well as Political, Economic and Trade analysis. The recognition that modern businesses are global in operations and aspirations, provides a symbiotic platform of integration with our International network of global

associates and consultants in major financial centers.

Our team of experienced technical and financial specialists, are required to address the financial and advisory needs of our clients, on demand. ACM recognizes that it functions within a competitive environment and in order to be credible, relevant and productive, it has to provide services of the highest level to its clients. Most companies in their printed literature claim “honesty, integrity and professionalism” of the highest standard, however we have added an additional caveat; we have been in business since 2003 starting with Capital Partners, LLC, those activities merged into ACM in 2007 to address International and domestic transactions within a single corporate structure. Notwithstanding, we have maintained our business relationships with all our principal clients, partners and affiliates. Our current book of business, consists entirely of referrals, as by policy we do not solicit.
